Before founding PG Arnold Construction, Paul Arnold’s career focused on a broad range of complex commercial and residential construction projects. His projects include a 250-bed Level 1 Trauma Center Hospital in Denver, a luxury Ski-in/Ski-out condominium building in Steamboat Springs, and a LEED Certified ski village in Lake Tahoe. Other projects include; healthcare and educational facilities, retail, restaurants, mixed-use buildings, and custom homes. Paul is a published author for his research on technology applications in the construction industry. He is also LEED AP BD+C accredited and speaks fluent Spanish. The Ironman finisher spends his free time mountian biking, trail running, skiing and with family, enjoying the Colorado backcountry.

Shannon is a seasoned construction executive with twenty-two years of experience in business development, marketing, preconstruction, virtual design, and construction operations. His broad range of projects includes; museums, performing arts facilities, luxury for-sale residential buildings, mixed-use offices, and educational and healthcare facilities. In his previous position as Senior Vice President with one of Colorado’s most prominent builders, he led the Company’s preconstruction, business development, and regional expansion into the Central States of Texas, Oklahoma, and Kansas. Shannon has a passion for growing strategic client and trade partner relationships and a reputation for delivering industry-leading construction services. He was named a Top 20 under 40 Design & Construction Professional by Engineering News-Record. He continues to push the boundaries in the construction and design fields as an innovative thinker and business partner.

David has over twenty years’ experience managing construction for high-end custom homes in Aspen, Park City, Jackson Hole, and Colorado’s Front Range. David’s experience in custom home building runs full spectrum. Starting with many years of hands-on experience and now managing sophisticated residential projects, David brings dynamic solutions to complex challenges. He is skilled in proactive project management, communication, collaboration, and positive conflict resolution. Each home is a personal journey for the client, and David is passionate about customer experience. Phil thrives on working with others through teamwork and communication to achieve the highest levels of quality and craftsmanship. He works tirelessly with our PGAC team of qualified field crews to ensure a culture of safety and best industry practices. As a Colorado native, Phil enjoys all of the activities that living and growing up in Colorado has to offer.

As the General Manager, Thomas oversees all field and office-related activity associated with PG Arnold Construction’s Winter Park office. Thomas has 15 years of industry experience on a wide variety of projects including; luxury residential buildings, educational and healthcare facilities, and extensive experince building in mountain towns. Thomas and his family reside in Winter Park, and he is excited about the opportunity to support the growth of his community. Thomas is a Florida Gator fan, and in his spare time, he takes his family on adventures throughout the Rocky Mountains.
