3354 Larimer is a new three story mixed-use commercial building in the heart of the RiNo neighborhood in Denver. Designed by UNUM Collaborative, the top two floors are a modern and completely mobile run 23 unit extended stay hotel. The first floor includes two shell retail spaces, set to be a future large upscale restaurant and a fast casual eatery.
