Sushi Yoshi
When Japanese master chef, Yoshi Siuchi, needed a new restaurant for his growing business, we created a space showcasing the culture and hospitality of his homeland. With sustainability in mind we used reclaimed wood from beetle kill trees which creates a beautiful setting. The result; a cozy atmosphere for Sushi Yoshi, one of Louisville’s most popular restaurants .
