Located in Denver’s RiNO district, Bigsby’s Folly combines an urban-industrial style with the natural attributes of its historic location. This urban winery is a first of its kind for the Mile High City and our team enjoyed converting this historic warehouse into one of Denver’s most popular gathering spaces.
A classic yet elevated American eatery in the vibrant Highland’s area of Denver. The bar, full-service kitchen, and indoor/outdoor seating areas are all outfitted with high end custom tile and wood finishes. American Elm also boasts a spacious event space for parties, luncheons, or wine tastings paired with seasonally focused local menu offerings.
This project was a renovation of a 14,000 square foot commercial office space. Each of the five tenant spaces have also been renovated within the building. The project included landscaping, siding new deck and walkways and interior updating throughout.
This project is located in the City of Lafayette at the Indian Peaks Golf Course. A 2,061 square foot addition enlarging the bar/restaurant, offices and event facility.
Tributary is a food hall and bar located in downtown Golden, CO. The project features nine food vendor outlets with full kitchens, a bar, and an enclosed patio lounge in 2,000 sqft. Tributary’s innovative concept is an exciting addition to Golden’s vibrant restaurant scene.
Union Hall is a non-profit arts exhibition space located in the Coloradan building in downtown Denver. This 2,000 sqft space was transformed into a modern art gallery giving Denver’s vibrant arts community a dedicated position in the hub of the city.
