When Japanese master chef, Yoshi Siuchi, needed a new restaurant for his growing business, we created a space showcasing the culture and hospitality of his homeland. With sustainability in mind we used reclaimed wood from beetle kill trees which creates a beautiful setting. The result; a cozy atmosphere for Sushi Yoshi, one of Louisville’s most popular restaurants .
Located on Boulder’s famous Pearl Street Pedestrian Mall, Savannah Bee is a lifestyle retail outlet in a historic building. With great care and master craftsmanship our team completed this tenant improvement updating modern necessities while preserving its 1900s aesthetics.

Formerly a plumbing supply store and many other things in between, the site and building needed some TLC to transform into Boulder’s premier gathering place. We worked closely with the owners to preserve the building’s original and unique attributes while paying homage to the building’s original owner, a Boulder legend, Marion Rayback.
